Standard Features
The major feature of FIMAK Rokon Rotary Convection Oven is equal heat distribution, operate at high efficiency and regular air circulation. Special designed resistance, air circulation system and prevention of heat loss from chimney, reduce energy consumption and provide to achieve products as desired. Thanks to tubular system, high pressure steam is produced and each of the product is adequately met with the steam. Together with operation of the oven, the rotating rack in the oven starts turning on its own axis and makes all products equally baked.
